At Bongo Furniture, we want you to love your new home setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Furniture

  Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your doorstep; for smaller decor, simply drop off at a local carrier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
